Ross Dingman is Regional Vice President for Brightview Senior Living. Mr. Dingman joined The Shelter Group in 1998 and was the Executive Director of our first community, Brightview of Bel Air, followed by Executive Director at our Mays Chapel Ridge community. Most recently he was a Regional Manager. Currently, he oversees part of the company’s senior portfolio that includes Health Center, dementia care, independent living, and other senior communities.
Mr. Dingman graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and he holds a master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Cincinnatti.
